Let’s pray for the Synod of Bishops in Rome!
On Wednesday, October 4, the synod of the bishops began in Rome. It will last until October 29.
At the opening of the XVI General Synod, Pope Francis celebrated Mass in St. Peter’s Square and invited the faithful to walk with the Holy Spirit, “in confidence and joy”.
The debates at the Synod of Bishops will not be open to the public and the media, but certain parts of it will be broadcast through the Vatican’s YouTube channel “Vatican Media Live”.
