Mrs. Dorothea Maria Olbrich has passed away. She was born on February 26, 1929 in Upper Silesia (today in Poland) and died on March 27, 2022 in Osnabrück, Germany.
She dedicated her life to the Church, where her life’s work began more than 70 years ago. She took care of religious education and was tireless in organizing seminars and preparation for marriage, family matters, and other important social issues.
She also worked diligently and selflessly for the Ansgarwerk organization, and in fact long after she was officially retired. Ansgarwerk’s main role is to support Catholics in the Nordic countries.
We remember Dorothea Olbrich with warmth and gratitude – and send our heartfelt condolences to her family.
